Description
4-[(e)-2-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethenyl]phenol is a predicted metabolite generated by BioTransformer¹ that is produced by the metabolism of 1,3-dimethoxy-5-(2-phenylethenyl)benzene. It is generated by cyp1a2, cyp2c9, and cyp2d6 enzymes via a hydroxylation-of-benzene-para-to-edg reaction. This hydroxylation-of-benzene-para-to-edg occurs in humans.
